Schwinn Bike Mini Collectible
Components
A die-cast toy or collectible model is produced by using the die casting method of putting molten lead, zinc alloy or plastic in a mold to produce a particular shape. Such toys are made of metal, with plastic, rubber, glass, or other machined metal parts.
Description
Schwinn paired with several die-cast model makers over the years to commemorate several of its bikes. This collectible is reminiscent of the Schwinn Sting-Ray made in June 1963 with ape-hanger handlebars, Persons’ Solo Polo Seat (aka. banana seat) and 20-inch tires.
