Tax Exempt Status The Museum of Relics, Inc., is exempt from Federal Income Tax under section 501, (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Museum of Relics is a publicly supported organization of the type described in Section 509, (a)(2). Donors may deduct contributions from their Federal Income Tax. Bequests, legacies, transfers, or gifts are also deductible for estate and gift tax purposes, provided they meet the applicable provisions of sections 2055, 2106, and 2522 of the Internal Revenue Code. Museum of Relics, Inc. is a Florida nonprofit corporation.

Health & Safety We take extra care to keep our facility clean and safe. We offer alcohol hand wipes and trash cans throughout the Museum and encourage their use.
